Raja Ampat Volunteer is a community-based volunteer program focused on creating social impact by inviting global volunteers to actively contribute through initiatives that support education and environmental sustainability in Raja Ampat. The program encourages meaningful engagement between volunteers and local communities through activities that promote knowledge sharing, cultural exchange, and environmental awareness.
Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the program particularly supports SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 14 (Life Below Water), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). Through collaborative action and community-driven initiatives, Raja Ampat Volunteer aims to foster inclusive development, strengthen local capacity, and ensure long-term environmental stewardship in one of the world’s most ecologically significant regions.
Our key collaborators include Raja Ampat Herping, Raja Ampat Visa, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong as well as various governmental and private partners that support and strengthen our programs. Through these strategic partnerships, we ensure that every initiative—whether in education, community development, or wildlife conservation—is professionally guided, locally grounded, and designed to create long-term, sustainable impact for the communities of Raja Ampat.
